VrooMate and eligibility
VrooMate is operated by Harish Babu Sammeta, trading as ZesToraX. App page: https://zestorax.com/vroomate/. Contact: support@zestorax.com. You must be at least 18, legally able to accept these terms, and use the service only where it and its payment/provider services are available.
Account and AI companions
Use a phone number and account credentials you control. Provide accurate account information and protect verification codes. A contact email and self-reported age are not automatically verified. Account linking requires authentication; sensitive actions may require recent sign-in.
Characters are fictional AI simulations, not real relatives, partners, humans or licensed professionals. Replies can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Independently verify important information. VrooMate is not an emergency service, medical diagnosis, legal or financial adviser, or fatigue-prevention system. Do not use it for exploitation, harassment, threats, fraud, unlawful activity, sexual content involving minors, or evading security/payment restrictions. Submit only content you have the right to share. You retain your rights in submitted content and authorize the processing needed to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Outputs are not guaranteed unique or cleared for every commercial use.
Trial, recharges and expiry
The current eligible free trial provides 100 points in total, expiring 30 days after activation. It does not refill daily and is limited to one trial per verified customer identity. Previously activated trials keep their original point allocation and expiry. Deleting or recreating an account does not reset eligibility.
After choosing the trial, eligible users may see one optional welcome recharge: 100 points for an India reference price of INR49, valid for 30 days from verified credit. This welcome purchase is non-repeatable. Skipping it does not prevent use of remaining trial points. Historical starter payments retain their disclosed terms, and a new catalog does not reset once-only eligibility.
Regular packs provide 300, 600 or 1,200 points, each valid for 30 days from verified credit. India reference prices are INR129, INR229 and INR399 respectively. This catalog applies to new products from 31 October 2026. The actual payable local price, currency and taxes are shown by Google Play before purchase. A recharge grants points, not unlimited use or guaranteed daily messages/minutes. Each grant has its own expiry; buying another pack does not extend previous points. Earlier verified products and pending payments retain their disclosed benefits.
Points are shared across enabled paid features, with earliest-expiring eligible points used first. The app explains deductions and single-feature usage examples before purchase. Those examples assume all points are spent on that one feature; they are not simultaneous allowances. Calls reserve short prepaid units and refund eligible whole unused units when settled. Partial used units may round up. Concurrent reservations reduce spendable balance. When balance is insufficient or points expire, paid actions stop or require recharge; account settings, history and recharge access remain available. Points cannot be transferred, withdrawn as cash or used outside VrooMate.
Purchases and support
Purchases are one-time payments, not automatically renewing subscriptions. Pending, cancelled or unverified purchases do not credit points. Verification retries do not duplicate a grant. Refunded or voided purchases can revoke the associated points. Once-only starter purchases are acknowledged, while repeatable consumable packs are consumed after verification. For purchase help, email support@zestorax.com with the product and order ID; never send card details or verification codes. Refund handling follows Google Play rules and applicable consumer law. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
Travel, availability and enforcement
Set up the app while stationary; keep attention on the road and stop safely before interacting when necessary. Maps, routes, news and searches can be incomplete or delayed. Availability depends on region, permissions, language recognition engines, connectivity, provider limits and device restrictions. We may require updates for compatibility, security or safety. No unlimited fair-use entitlement is offered beyond the disclosed points or existing purchase terms.
Use the in-app report control or support email for concerning replies or account restrictions. We review the available facts and may restrict accounts for substantiated breaches, fraud or security concerns. You can request review by email. Automated service failures are not proof of misconduct. We do not promise a fixed moderation response time.
Ending use and changes
You may stop sessions, revoke permissions, clear supported memory or request account deletion. Limited eligibility and purchase records remain as disclosed in the Privacy Policy. Third-party maps, content, software and marks remain subject to their respective rights and licences. We do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Contact us first about a dispute; applicable consumer protections and lawful dispute routes remain available. Material changes will be communicated in the app or using your account contact details with an updated effective date.
