By installing and using any ZestoraX application ("App") or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
ZestoraX provides Shopify applications designed to help merchants analyze and improve their business operations. Our flagship product, ProfitGuard Pro, provides profit analytics and insights for Shopify stores.

Our Apps are accessed through your Shopify admin. You are responsible for:
We offer a free trial period for new users. During the trial, you have access to app features as specified. No payment is required during the trial period.
After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees to your account.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ZestoraX and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
Your use of our Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Apps, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific requirements or that any errors will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZestoraX shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZestoraX, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
