Are these real people?
Every companion is a fictional AI character, not a real person. AI can make mistakes. VrooMate is for adults aged 18 and over.
What is included in the free trial?
Eligible new accounts can explicitly activate 100 total points for 30 days. There is no daily reset or automatic payment. A previously used verified identity does not receive a new trial after reinstalling or recreating an account.
How does the ₹49 welcome offer work?
After you select the free trial, one optional welcome offer gives 100 points for ₹49 with 30-day expiry. It is shown once and cannot be bought repeatedly. You can skip it and continue with your free trial.
Can I recharge more than once?
Yes. Connect (₹129 / 300 points), Together (₹229 / 600 points) and Companion Plus (₹399 / 1,200 points) are repeatable recharges. The ₹49 welcome offer is once per verified customer. Earlier purchases retain their original benefits.
Do I have to choose a large plan?
No. Start with the eligible free trial, the optional welcome offer or a ₹129 recharge. Larger packs are optional, and none renew automatically. Recharge through Points & recharges in the app.
Are the call and message numbers separate allowances?
No. All supported calls, replies and activities share your points. The comparison shows what you could use if every point went to that one feature. Mixed use, searches and photos reduce the remaining totals.
What happens when my points run out or expire?
Paid features need enough unexpired points. You can still view your account and history and visit Points & recharges. New purchases credit a separate grant; they do not extend older points.
What does Drive mode change?
Drive mode adapts the conversation for less distracting, hands-free use. Keep your attention on the road and stop somewhere safe before interacting with the screen.
How do I get support or delete my account?
Use Account → Support & contact or Additional settings in the app. You can also contact ZesToraX or read the account-deletion instructions.
